The clown and the authenticity
Content and successful people have rough edges, a clear profile, they go their own way and that's exactly why they are successful. Their inner strength gives them integrity and charisma. Authentic persons certainly do not live an easier life – it's more exhausting, contradictory and sometimes lonely. But they are rewarded for their courage.
They have their own value system and scratch the surface when it comes to taboos. That has always been the function of clowns, too. The clown holds the mirror up to people, he challenges us, wants to break any routine and conformity. Changes and growth are possible only if we leave the comfort zone.
Stagnation displeases the clown. He is always looking for something and always on the way. He experiments and discovers new – and even familiar – things again and again. And he does it with an enviable ease the way children play.
The clown challenges himself and others. He does it in an incredibly positive, constructive and easy way. He initially accepts everything and then plays with it.
Learning and growth is not possible without taking the risk of making mistakes. It's not just about allowing mistakes but to accept failure with a smile.
Laughter strengthens the immune system, increases the threshold for pain perception and has the same effect as autogenic training.
The aim of the training is to release blockades and resistances to develop the own potential. This is much easier when we play and enjoy!
