I highly appreciate the high motivation and energy of the trainers together with the positive atmosphere, they developed. They were very competent especially in their way to stimulate an ambition to present and to communicate. It was a stunning insight for me that making failure is needed for true development and for being creative. We played and learned a lot of games which always had a strong contribution. Taken all together, the course was very motivating and supporting to improve the own communication for gaining more impact.

The most important insight for me in this creativity training was that there is a way to loosen up pressure, tension and stress. By that means the pressure to produce the most genius idea here and now was lifted. That created the real condition to be creative and to in fact go beyond the old patterns of thinking. The training was filled with small though challenging games to free up the mind and to learn to think in totally new directions. In my opinion, these games helped us especially to learn about the courage, which is needed to truly think into new directions.

I want to thank you for your wonderful work! I have learned so much with you! That learning is in being playful. That it does not to be overly serious and formal. From now on, I want to give my 'inner child' again much more room for play and freedom. A big and wholehearted THANK YOU! for all the inspiration I received from you!

Her infectiously joyous way has the group totally carried away. That was impressive to me, electrified me and has motivated me to apply the same way both in my professional and private life. In all the exercises she managed to exclude judgement. She was extremely clear in setting her own boundaries, without being formal. She introduced the theatre exercises without much of hesitation. By just doing, the different interests and expectations easily were made fit and complimentary. Each of the exercises was a content provision and a personal experience at the same time.

The workshop was a big fun! And that’s why the content was transferred in such a sustainable and effective way: Think collaboration, think out of the box, think anew!!

The training has given me plenty of new food for thought, which totally fits with my current needs in my given professional environment!

It’s just unbelievable how many undiscovered resources dwell in oneself! By means of such an unusual way a creativity comes to the fore, of which I didn’t knew anything yet. The two days were sheer fun, and the plenty of insights have been directly transferable to my professional everyday life!
